Although we often associate fire with anger, this is a power that is intuitive rather than reactive and explosive.\nOn this full-day workshop, you will enter into an empowering partnership with nature and give space for your inner voice to emerge. Through gentle ritual actions, you will get a taste of what it is to grow into your own strength, creating a new way forward that is unique to you.\nThis is an outdoor activity in Woodlands, in all kinds of Weather. You will be invited to take a solo journey into the woodlands during this workshop. Please come with appropriate clothing to keep you dry and warm or cool depending on what Mother Nature has in store; Wear sturdy footwear as the ground can be muddy and uneven. It is also advised that you bring water/tea/coffee and snacks for yourself.\n
